Work Description

Front: Soffit LED’s - 3 separate beam patterns. ($1 / per year / per light electricity cost -  “ON” dusk to dawn)Accent projection style LED’s on all pillars as well as wider dispersion LED’s on all peaks. Pin style LED accenting back side of glass panels on balcony. Indirect LED lighting into the canopy above front entrance.

Note: There are no coach lights on this house as they are not consistent with the look and style of this lighting.
